We are pleased to be involved in this local project where we are able to offer a choice of food and drink that is produced in Lincolnshire or has been homemade on the premises using only non essential Lincolnshire ingredients. We are pleased to inform you that our beef is sourced from Skegness. These dishes have been marked with the the tastes of Lincolnshire symbol in the menu below.

Our Lunch Menu is a reduced version of the Dinner Menu with Sandwiches & Ciabattas served with the  Lunch Menu.

 12        SAUVIGNON BLANC VIN DE PAYS D'Oc

Good clean fruits, vibrant with a long tangy back taste. This dry wine has the distinctive Sauvignon nose & palate. Ideal with salads, white meat, especially fish & chips. 

25        CHARDONNAY, CHILE

A medium bodied wine with soft, rich fruit aromas and a smooth creamy palate. Marries well with salads, white meat, rich seafood dishes and makes an excellent aperitif wine.   

14        MARQUES DE CACERES RIOJA BLANCO DOC

From a well known Rioja company and its distinction due to its full fruit, its crisp individuality and the fresh, clean taste which remains in the mouth.

This Californian blend has good structure with fresh melon citrus aromas and mouth-watering overtones of vanilla, butter and a delicious creamy texture. 

20                CHENNIN BLANC, LUTZVILLE ESTATE, STH AFRICA

A soft hint of sweetness on the nose leading to an off-dry palate that has plenty of clean refreshing Chennin fruit. Excellent with fish, salads, white meat & desserts. 

21        SEMILLON/CHARDONNAY, SOUTH EAST AUSTRALIA.

A classic Semillon blended superbly with an oak matured       Chardonnay from the Aldridge Estate. The result is a well balanced, well bodied, soft tasting wine with a “fresh fruit” salad bouquet.

30        CUVEE LE BOSQ, VIN DE PAYS DU GARD           

From the vineyards on the west side of the Rhone Valley. It has a good ruby colour, is very well bodied with a ripe berry fruit palate. An extremely good quaffing red.

41        MERLOT, CHILE

From the Central Valley region and a Merlot that is rich and velvety, ripe black cherry, currant, plum and spice on the palate and a soft finish. Drinks well any meat, poultry, pasta & cheese

50        MIRALMONTE TINTO JOVEN, TEMPRANILLO

From the region of Toro in Valladoild in Northern Central Spain. It has a rich dark cherry colour & black cherry fruits on the nose, good structure & depth. Delicious with meats & fish.

44        KLIPPENKOP CINSAUT/SHIRAZ, SOUTH AFRICA

  The soft easy aromatic character of the Cinsaut makes a perfect partner for the fuller bodied rich Shiraz. Ideal with all meats and spicy foods.

32                BROOKFIELD ESTATE PETIT VERDOT, S. AUSTRALIA

A real gem of wine and at 14.5%vol this is a moorish, lip smacking single grape variety. An aroma of lifted violets, blueberries and red berry fruits supported by a hint of oak.

35                OPAL RIDGE SHIRAZ-CABERNET, S. E. AUSTRALIA.

 A blend of Shiraz & Cabernet with plenty of up-front fruit, richly bodied and with a smooth palate and fresh clean finish. A subtle hint of oak is integrated with the varietal fruit flavours. Ideal with meats, poultry, spicy dishes and with cheese.
