Good clean fruits, vibrant with a long tangy back taste.
This dry wine has the distinctive Sauvignon nose & palate. Ideal with salads,
white meat, especially fish & chips.
25 CHARDONNAY, CHILE
A medium bodied wine with soft, rich fruit aromas and a
smooth creamy palate. Marries well with salads, white meat, rich seafood
dishes and makes an excellent aperitif wine.

A soft hint of sweetness on the nose leading to an
off-dry palate that has plenty of clean refreshing Chennin fruit. Excellent
with fish, salads, white meat & desserts.
21 SEMILLON/CHARDONNAY,
SOUTH EAST AUSTRALIA.
A classic
Semillon blended superbly with an oak matured Chardonnay from the Aldridge
Estate. The result is a well balanced, well bodied, soft tasting wine with a
“fresh fruit” salad bouquet.

CUVEE LE BOSQ, VIN DE PAYS DU GARD
From
the vineyards on the west side of
the Rhone Valley. It has a good ruby colour, is very well bodied with a ripe
berry fruit palate. An extremely good quaffing red.

From the Central Valley region and a Merlot that is rich
and velvety, ripe black cherry, currant, plum and spice on the palate and a
soft finish. Drinks well any meat, poultry, pasta & cheese

From the region of Toro in Valladoild in Northern
Central Spain. It has a rich dark cherry colour & black cherry fruits on the
nose, good structure & depth. Delicious with meats & fish.
